Summary: Client was arrested at a traffic stop for speeding, expired tag, no driver’s license, drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana). At the preliminary hearing the state agreed to dismiss the felony count and my client pled guilty to a misdemeanor for marijuana third. Disposition: felony count dismissed, pled to misdemeanor and a fine.
